About

The World Amateur K-1 Federation (WAK-1F) was founded in February 2011.

Today, WAK-1F unites members from 63 countries worldwide, and the organization continues to grow every day.

Each year, WAK-1F organizes the World K-1 Amateur Championship, European K-1 Amateur Championship, and Asia K-1 Amateur Championship in different countries.

A structured system for developing athletes’ skills has also been established. WAK-1F includes separate age groups—juniors, youth, and adults (men and women)—across various weight categories.
