On August 16–17, 2025, Rawalpindi successfully hosted the second edition of the K-1 WAK-1F Championship. Organized under the supervision of the District Sports Department Rawalpindi and K-1 WAK-1F Pakistan, the event was led by Team Mudassir Hungarian together with the Pakistan Kickboxing Federation (PKBF) and Pakistan Amateur K-1 Federation (PAK-1F).
The championship delivered two days of intense action, with fighters battling for prestigious K-1 belts and showcasing their talent on a big stage. The successful event once again highlighted Rawalpindi as a key hub for martial arts in Pakistan, drawing strong attention from fans and athletes alike.
